I am a great fan of clarity and transparency. When you join me for any of my programmes, courses, events or retreats, there is a commitment we both make to each other. This page aims to address any doubts that you might have and the terms under which I operate. We are undertaking any work together under the following agreement:
Pre-requisites
Should any of the courses or programmes or offerings require any pre-requisites, they are clearly outlined on the page where such offerings are described and where you can register. Please make sure you read all the available information carefully before signing up.
Making a booking and cancelling a booking
Each offering has clear instructions for how to register. In most cases a non-refundable deposit is required in order to guarantee your place. The exact and respective booking terms, payment requirements, what is included in the fee, cancellation and refund policy is outlined next to each registration form on my website. They vary by event, course or programme. Please read the booking terms carefully before submitting your registration.
Payment plans are usually an option. I am keen to make it possible for everyone financially to join my programmes. If this is not specified explicitly for a programme you are interested in, please get in touch by email: [email protected]
During the times of Covid, special refund policies apply.
Complaints Procedure
I am committed to deliver all my offerings to the best of my abilities, and always go through great lengths to follow the highest industry standards. I would like you to feel re-assured however, that should you have a complaint, you will be heard and I will make myself available as best as possible to resolve any issues.
If you don’t feel comfortable, you are welcome to ask a friend or family member to contact me on your behalf.
Initially, I would invite/suggest an informal chat on the day, to make sure, your concerns are clearly understood and if we can potentially resolve them easily and immediately.
Should you have more serious concerns, you are welcome to submit a written complaint to [email protected] and I will respond within two working days.
Code of conduct and things that are really important to me
I am committed to:
I expect from you to:
