Scaravelli Inspired Yoga Immersions
Sundays, 10:30-12:30 (see dates in registration form)
20€ per person or 18€ if you book two sessions in advance or for you and a friend A fun and in-depth exploration of movement and individual postures with the aim of finding more space in the body and accessing deeper strength and a more congruent alignment. We look for ways to create the conditions in the body so great movement feels effortless. In these immersions we will focus on regulating our nervous system and finding ways to return into our own axis, physically, emotionally and mentally. The Scaravelli inspired approach is an invitation to play with gravity, free the breath and find space in the body to allow it to move to its full potential. That way the body can start to work deeper and move more freely into yoga postures, exploring how these openings and connections can help us un-do habitual (and potentially painful) holding patterns. Then we can embark on a journey of restoration and transformation. This workshop will take place online via Zoom. Advanced registration required. Once I have received your registration as well as payment, I will send you the details for the "Zoom meeting" where the immersion will take place. |

10:00-10:30 deutsche Zeit // 09:00-09:30 portugiesische Zeit 5€ pro Session 12€ 3-er Karte (gültig für 10 Tage) 40€ Monatskarte Atemübungen sind mit eine der effektivsten Methoden, um das Nervensystem zu regulieren. Lass uns morgens (online) treffen auf ein paar Übungen aus der Selbstmassage, dem Qi Gong und dem Yoga zum Freimachen des Zwerchfells, des Brustkorbes, des Nackens und des Kiefers, um dann im Anschluss für 10-15 Minuten zu atmen. Hier stimulieren wir ganz besonders den ventralen Aspekt des Nervus Vagus, welcher unter anderem für die Feinregulation der Bronchien verantwortlich ist. Bei vielen mit Atembeschwerden verbundenen Krankheiten, kann mit regelmäßigem Üben, der Heilungsprozess positiv unterstützt werden. Eine weitere Nebenwirkung dieser Übungen ist das Stärken des Immunsystems. Jedes mal lernt ihr eine andere Atemtechnik, die auch gut zum Selbermachen geeignet ist. Vorherige Erfahrung ist nicht nötig, und die Übungen machen wir im Sitzen, am besten ganz bequem auf einem Stuhl. Also muss man auch nicht den perfekten Yogi-Schneidersitz beherrschen :) Wir benutzen die online Platform Zoom. Dieses Event findet of deutsch statt. |

Yoga Release - Wednesdays 18:30-19:30 Un-do the habitual holding patterns and tensions in the body and return to a natural way of being. With slow and precise movements, you can re-build your body-mind connection and restore health and a sense of well-being. At the same time, this class offers a beautiful opportunity to calm and regulate the nervous system.
